Waste Management Project

Waste Management Project is a great green initiative towards decreasing waste in Indonesia, through ways of connecting and educating people. However, we also focus on implementing and maintaining waste management systems within private or public properties, soon to be on a governmental level.

WMP Operations

The Waste Management Project (WMP) Operations focus on effectively managing waste through sorting and classification. We begin with waste sorting, where waste is divided into distinct categories. Next, waste classification organizes these categories into specific types, including organic waste, such as food scraps and yard waste, inorganic waste, like plastics and metals, hazardous waste, which includes harmful substances like batteries and chemicals, and residual waste, consisting of non-recyclable materials. This structured approach helps in reducing environmental impact and enhancing sustainability.

Consulting Program

The Consulting Program under our WMP initiative focuses on building effective collaborations and partnerships. We start by setting up meetings with external parties to understand their goals and determine how Antheia can contribute. Clear communication with our internal team is essential, keeping everyone updated on discussions, ideas, and action plans. Based on the target audience, we create evaluation reports to provide consulting advice on the issues at hand and recommend appropriate solutions. We also maintain ongoing engagement with our partners by collecting feedback and holding evaluation meetings to ensure successful collaboration and continuous improvement.
